Nifty (July) future discount has widened to 32.2 points from 12.4 points and added around 18.52 lakh shares in open interest. Total open interest in the market was Rs66,769 crore and Rs2,143 crore were reduced in open interest. Nifty call option added 28.39 lakh shares in open interest, whereas Nifty put option shed 33.87 lakh shares in open interest.
