Nifty opened on a positive note, continued making higher highs and higher lows and finally closed with a gain of 90 points on a daily basis. Currently, the markets are poised at a very crucial point, as the Sensex on the daily chart has formed a double inside day. The direction of the future trend would be decided by the breakout on the either side of the range of these inside days. On the hourly chart, Nifty gave a close above 20HSMA, which is a good sign for the bulls, whereas the negative weekly close is a sign of concern. The momentum indicator KST is quite oversold, but still negative on the daily chart. On the other hand, KST is positive making higher highs on the hourly chart. So this is a very uncertain situation and one should look for a decisive breakout for a further move. Market breadth was positive with 847 advances and 367 declines. The markets opened on a positive note with an upside gap on the Sensex, but were not able to hold the sentiment due to selling at higher levels. Throughout the day, the markets traded in a range of 4,563-4,491. Nifty has been facing resistance near the neckline of an inverted head

Nifty may test previous low

Yesterday finally closing near the day’s low indicating dominance of bears throughout the trading session. On the hourly chart, Nifty broke the crucial support of the upward trendline and closed below that, which is not a good sign for bulls. Currently markets are poised at very crucial levels, as the Sensex has made a low of 15,303 and has taken support near the short-term reversal level of 15,300. However Nifty has breached its corresponding level of 4,700 and has closed below that. Nifty has formed triangle pattern, the breakout of which occurred when Nifty breached 4,700, which is a bearish sign. . The last ray of hope for the bulls is till Nifty hold above previous swing low on hourly chart which is around 4,628 and the corresponding level for Sensex is 15300. If bears are able to breach these levels in the coming trading sessions, it is very likely that Nifty may retest its previous lows around 4,450 and then the lower channel line, which is around 4,300. The momentum indicator KST on the daily chart turned down, but is still above the signal line. Downside, Nifty has support initially at 4,625 and then around 4,540 and on upside it may face resistance around 4,700-4,740. Volatility may continue in the coming trading session. The market breadth was in the grip of bears with an advance decline ratio of more than 1:2.

Today as per global mkt over mkt open also positive but at higher level you can see a selling pressure so keep SSl 4800 and sell nifty Nifty faced resistance at the upper line of the channel. During the day, Nifty made a head-and-shoulder pattern, whose breakout occurred in the fternoon session. After the breakout, the market went one way south till it finally closed at the day’s low.At this level it would be appropriate to assume that we are currently in the corrective phase and one-up leg is still pending as per Elliott Wave theory,

The medium term setup suggests that a larger threewave corrective is over with an impressive weekly reversalbar. Momentum indicators too are signaling upsides hencewe are looking for Upside-Down, meaning a relief rally which would give an opportunity to take 10-15% profits from theindex, before another correction sets in, the chart alongsideshows those initial pending downsides at 14,000-13,000 which are lower channel supports.
The daily charts alongside show the shorter-term picturewhere a three-wave corrective is complete with positivedivergences and bullish signal cross overs. More over abullish inverted Head and Shoulder formation signals animmediate reversal. The ensuing rally should now target17,200, which is 55 DEMA, 38% retracement as well as a bearish gap area on the charts. The final targets for this correction could take this rally till 18,000-18,700, which is 50-61% retracement range for this fall and could fill the bearish island at 18,509. Bottom line trade long but with strict stop losses and don’t forget to book timely profits because the downtrend would be sharp once it resumes.Market opened on a positive note, but was unable to takeany clear direction till noon. The Sensex during the day made an inverse head-and-shoulder pattern, the breakout of which occurred in the last hour of trade. Thereon the market went one way northward till it finally closed near the day’s high. Nifty has breached the crucial downward trend line at 4,900 and finally closed with gains of 112+ points. At this juncture it would be ppropriate to assume that the current rally is wave 3 as per the Elliott wave theory, above 5050 the inimum target for which would be 5,200. The target seems quite likely considering the momentum indicator KST on the daily charts, which is well poised for upward momentum. Nifty on its way up may face resistance near 200-DEMA, which is around 5,050 levels, however on downside Nifty has support initially at the
neckline of the inverse head-and-shoulder pattern at 4,860 level. If Nifty breaches this initial support, the next support is around 4,800, which seems unlikely looking at the strong weekly closing. The breadth of the market were strongly dominated by bulls with the advance/decline ratio around 7:1. On the hourly chart, Nifty has given a breakout from the inverse head-and-shoulder pattern the target of which is5,350. The momentum indicator KST has given a positive crossover indicating bulls will continue to ride this rally in the coming trading sessions. Our short- and mid-term bias is up for the target of 5,050 and 5,400 with the short- and mid-term reversal pegged at 4,740 and 4,445 respectively.
